PROJECT: Terry Riley

To celebrate the 75th birthday of of one America's greatest composers, Voxare presented a three- day "Mostly Riley Festival" to explore the relationships and connections between Riley, founder of the American Minimalist school, and those inspired by his works.  The three concerts of different quartet repertoire were performed  at Bargemusic in Brooklyn, where Voxare held the prestigious string quartet-in-residence for two years.  The works presented during the festival have become mainstays of Voxare's repertoire
